Hall / Kitchen Assistant Staff (ENZA Café)

We are hiring hall or kitchen staff for ENZAcafe (Saruza Café), a scenic terrace café located at the foot of Shiga Kogen.
You will be responsible for a variety of front-of-house and kitchen support tasks, including customer service, food and beverage handling, and cleaning. Specific duties will be assigned based on your experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Serving and clearing tables
• Taking orders and handling payments
• Preparing and serving drinks
• Managing reservations and handling phone inquiries
• Cleaning and snow removal
• Assisting with food preparation

*Tasks will be assigned based on your skills and experience.

Working Hours: Shift-based between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM

*Average working hours: up to 8 hours per day
*Weekdays only, weekends only, or daytime/evening shifts available

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer service
• Able to communicate in Japanese (JLPT N3 level or higher recommended)
• Culinary license
• Experience in food preparation or kitchen work
