Hall / Kitchen Assistant Staff (Japanese Dining GOEN)

We are hiring hall or kitchen staff for Japanese Dining GOEN, a traditional Japanese restaurant located in front of Yudanaka Station on the Nagano Dentetsu Line.
You will be responsible for a range of front-of-house and kitchen support duties, including customer service and food preparation. Tasks will be assigned based on your experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Serving and clearing tables
• Taking orders and handling payments
• Preparing and serving drinks
• Managing reservations and phone inquiries
• Cleaning
• Assisting with food preparation
• Ordering ingredients
• Managing inventory and stocktaking

*Specific responsibilities will be assigned based on your experience and skills.

Working Hours: Shift-based between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM

*Average working hours: up to 8 hours per day
*Weekdays only, weekends only, or daytime/evening shifts available

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer service
• Able to communicate in Japanese (JLPT N3 level or higher recommended)
• Culinary license
• Experience in food preparation or kitchen work
